An unprecedented convergence of local CTV and generative artificial intelligence
We are proud to announce our strategic partnership with Guy Hoquet Immobilier, one of France’s leading real estate agency networks. This partnership marks a decisive milestone in the transformation of the television advertising landscape: for the first time, TV is becoming a truly local medium, made possible by the power of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI).
As part of this collaboration, Guy Hoquet Immobilier is rolling out a new local Connected TV (CTV) communication strategy, combined with our GenAI technology. The ambition is clear: to enable each of the network’s 450 points of sale to communicate on television independently, with a message rooted in its local territory, personalized and simply activated.
Making the power of TV accessible at a local scale
This is precisely the mission we pursue at ARMIS: making the power of television accessible, manageable and effective at a local level. Once reserved for major national brands, TV is now becoming an actionable lever for every neighborhood agency, thanks to our platform and the decisive contribution of GenAI in content production and personalization.
This partnership is a concrete illustration of the convergence between three fundamental trends that are redefining the rules of advertising: connected television, generative artificial intelligence, and local market activation.
An initiative recognized by the specialist press
This collaboration was exclusively spotlighted by Le Journal de l’Agence (JDA Éditions), reflecting the industry’s strong interest in this innovative approach.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to Stéphane Fritz for his vision and trust, as well as to Delphine Herman, Pauline Virgitti and the entire Guy Hoquet team for their unwavering commitment. We also wish to thank all the network’s agencies for championing this innovation in the field every day. This partnership is only the beginning. We are convinced that the convergence of TV + GenAI + local represents one of the most transformative developments in the future of multi-local communication.
